Introduction – Lily

Who am I to start writing about health and losing weight?  I am just another person who has gone through the struggle of losing weight.  For me, I gained weight in college, but was able to lose all of it by exercising while still in my early 20s.  As I entered my 30s, exercise was not as effective as it had once been, and I started to get frustrated.  I didn’t like altering my diet, and I never had to before.  I thought I just wasn’t exercising enough.  I didn’t know what to do, so I exercised more.
